All PD options run September through June and include monthly 90-minute sessions.

| Curriculum Design Consultation | teacher-driven collaboration to design or improve lessons, units, projects, assessments, feedback processes, and curricular alignment. Supports any size team working on a single project at a time. |
| Observation & Feedback Cycle | One full observation cycle per semester: pre-observation planning, live or recorded classroom observation, and post-observation debrief with targeted next steps. |

| Special Education Consultation | Support for inclusive practices, IEP implementation, co-teaching models, and differentiation. Includes student-specific or classroom-level planning. Provided by a M.Ed. in Secondary Special Education. |
| SEL Consultation | Guidance on trauma-informed practices, SEL strategies, behavior supports, and school-wide systems. Provided by a Master in Social Work. |
