Book Group | A professional book study featuring chapter-by-chapter reading, collaborative discussion, and guided application to classroom practice. In partnership with the school, a relevant book is selected to align with instructional goals. The study promotes shared language, deep reflection, and meaningful instructional growth. |
Teachers as Learners | Hands-on professional learning workshops where teachers experience strategies from the student perspective. Each session follows a consistent flow: Model → Unpack → Apply. Designed to build teacher empathy and transfer. |

Instructional Coaching | Three 1-hour 1:1 coaching calls per month (15 hours total), shared among participating teachers. Each session is personalized, confidential, and designed to support reflection, well-being, and professional growth. |
Curriculum Design Consultation | Monthly collaborative planning focused on unit design, lesson planning, assessment, or curriculum alignment. Supports any size team working on a single project at a time. |
Observation & Feedback Cycle | One full observation cycle per semester: pre-observation planning, live or recorded classroom observation, and post-observation debrief with targeted next steps. |

Special Education Consultation | Support for inclusive practices, IEP implementation, co-teaching models, and differentiation. Includes student-specific or classroom-level planning. Provided by a M.Ed. in Secondary Special Education. |
SEL Consultation | Guidance on trauma-informed practices, SEL strategies, behavior supports, and school-wide systems. Provided by a Master in Social Work. |
